Before we get to the week 2 recaps this week, I wanted to touch on how immensly cool it was to be able to see firsthand how a John Deere S690 series Combine is produced. The sheer space required to build these things is amazing as is the fact that they have a sheet metal shop attached to the plant to produce all the metal parts on site. It is a true manufacturing marvel that people are able to take nearly 17,000 (the comma is not in the wrong place) parts and put them together to get functional device, especially one upon which our society is so reliant. Anyways, this is most definitely one of those posts that says, "Hey guys, check out how sweet my life is. I got to do this!" Those are the types of posts that everyone hates and which keep me (for the most part) from every going on Facebook anymore. But you know what? My life IS fucking sweet so you can all suck it.
Our second week once again featured 2 Bone Thugs matchups and 2 Harmony matchups and only 1 Crossroads (and I'm gonna miss everybody) matchup.
Like Ed Harris in "The Abyss," were all just trying to breathe underwater until the aliens save us and bring us to the surface...and give us tacos.
